Overview: This was done in photoshop cs3 with white background on my main picture after cutting it then Threshold, played with filters such as Anisotropic, Unsharpen Mask etc then created a new layer filled it with Gradient of two colors, played with layer and opacity settings and more filters and oh by the way the person on a pic is not me!
