The contest is for the best looking/best designed site that is WordPress powered. There are quite a few WP sites out there, so this should be an interesting competition.

The owners of WPwebhost.com, in order to be fair to all contestants, are offering 5 separate awards. There is an award for “best clean/minimalist site“, “best retro/vintage site“, “best grunge site“, “best hand-drawing style site“, and “best modern/elegant site“. Obviously you can see that the prizes are awarded to different people depending on the type of site they own. Again, keep in mind that in order to qualify for this contest, your site MUST be WordPress powered.

The contest works pretty easily. You join, submit your site, and the judges will take a look. If they like your site, they will place it in the top 10 sites for your prize. Then, they will display the sites on their blog, and allow the public to vote. This is where you, my readers come in. I would appreciate it greatly if you would vote for me. I believe that my site is designed very well, and it is WordPress based, so I meet their requirements.

So, if you like this site, please vote for me. The prize money is small, but it’s all about the glory, at least for me.
